Richard is a founder of Bramble and an entrepreneur. He is a programmer, an IT consultant, a business consultant, project manager and mathematician. Currently holding directorships in six companies in various capacities, he has a long history of experience in the UK public sector and a detailed understanding of how SMEs need to engage to win and deliver work across government.
Peter is an experienced business coach, change manager and author who brings his 'Imaginist' approach to his role of bid manager at Bramble Hub. His focus is always on ensuring that the complexity of a project does not exceed the capability of the delivery organisation.
Finance Director Ian has worked with the Bramble group of companies since 2012. He uses his performance and leadership management skills to ensure that the finance team operates immaculately and provides Bramble's customers and partners with the level of service and accuracy they need and expect.
Roland heads up Bramble Hub's Partnership team utilising his '40 years of customer facing and senior management experience'. He has managed government accounts for large IT companies so understands why good relationships are key to successful delivery.
Mark is a change management specialist. He has significant experience in catalysing change in both public and private sectors. His skills are in change strategy, facilitation and communication: engaging people and spreading ideas in ways that make change very much easier. His experience is in complex organisational systems: enabling the significant changes in both capabilities and mindset needed to adapt successfully in the digital world.
